If we forget the connection key or Send/Receive the password on Proface HMI, we can not download the program to HMI. We need to reset Proface HMI to factory default by using the Proface HMI default password.

- Go to the system menu

- Enter the Proface HMI default password

- Reset the password for Proface HMI
